The DCL-10GE/40GE is powered by 24VDC and proportionally controlled by a 4-20mA or 2-10V input signal. The integrated DC brushless motor offers significant advantages for actuator applications. Thanks to its permanent magnet rotor, the motor’s temperature rise is 20℃ lower than that of a standard AC motor, ensuring minimal heat generation even during frequent start-ups. Designed with high start-up torque and strong overload capacity, the actuator can sustain up to 1,200 operations per hour.

Furthermore, the DC brushless motor operates without mechanical friction and features reverse electromagnetic braking. To improve positioning accuracy (with an error margin of less than ±1%) and reduce vibration, the motor automatically decelerates as it approaches the target setpoint.

In the event of a jammed valve requiring higher-than-normal torque, the GE-series actuator employs an intelligent recovery function: it will automatically reverse slightly, then rotate forward at a lower speed and higher torque to push past the obstruction until the valve moves smoothly at normal operational speed.
